Benefits of LandBanking

LandBanking is now a fantastic pathway to wealth creation.

As an active Real Estate Broker, I love looking at real estate opportunities.

I stumbled upon a company called Land Resource Investments that has sucessfully operated in California for more than a decade. What they do is buy up land that is in the direct path of growth and hold it until the right opportunity to sell it comes along--usually a developer.

Large companies and wealthy investors have been doing this for decades as a way to create and build wealth. In fact, many farmers build wealth this way too, as suburbs encroach upon their farms, they sell it and move farther out.

Landbanking is not new. But what this company offers IS rather unique. Regular people can buy equal equity shares in the land at a much more affordable price. All land equity owners are members of a co-op, and all participate in the decision-making regards to the land. Everyone gets paid out at the same time.

Land Resourse Investments is sanctioned by the California Department of Real Estate (DRE) and therefore operate with full disclosure and approval by that governance.

How To Invest
There are many ways to get involved. People can use their underperforming IRA, 401k or other investment vehicle to purchase one or more equity interests. Those who are selling/have sold real estate can use the 1031 exchange to avoid capital gains consequences. Some people buy interest outright with cash or put $3,000 down and finance the rest through Land Resources Investments.

As with any investment, you want to do your own due diligence, research, and make sure this is the right opportunity for you.

The first step it is participate in a live Tele-Webinar, which takes about 30 minutes and will give you a fairly comprehensive overview. To sign up for a webinar and/or to learn more, simply click here for more details.
